When you open the reservation calendar on a product page, the dates that piece is already reserved for will be grayed out and you won’t be able to select them.
 
Make sure to select your rental time period (7-day or 14-day) first, as that will affect the availability and price shown.
 
*Reservations cannot start or end on weekend days. 
 

Jewelry rentals book up fast so we highly recommend reserving your desired pieces as soon as you know of an event you’d like to rent for.
 
Reservations can be made up to 8-months in advance.  

Yes, a minimum of $355 is required per rental reservation.
 
There is no limit on the number of pieces you can rent at a time (subject to availability).
 

 
Rental reservations are non-refundable since a reservation ensures that jewelry is held just for you and is no longer available to others on your dates.

Yes, an adult signature will be required at the time of Fedex delivery. Please ensure you plan accordingly. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
 

Yes. If for any reason your jewelry is lost in transit, you will be refunded the full rental fee back to your original form of payment. 
 
We do our best to ensure this never happens but in the event that it does, Reverence Jewelry is not responsible for any inconvenience that lack of delivery may cause.
 

If your jewelry arrives damaged in any way, please email us at support@reverencejewelry.com ASAP. 
 
Damage-upon-arrival claims must be submitted to this email within 24-hours of receipt. Photos of the damaged jewelry and proof of delivery date/time will be required.
 

Accidental minor damage such as minor scratches or clasp malfunction are covered.
 
The following is not insured and may incur replacement or repair fees:

• Major damage such as missing diamonds, broken chains, missing earrings backs, bent earring posts, deep scratches or chips.
• Jewelry that is lost, stolen, or swallowed by your pet while in your possession is not covered.

• Store your jewelry in the box it came in when not in use.
• If traveling with your jewelry, ensure it is packed in your carry-on, not in a checked bag.

Your rental package will include a prepaid return shipping label! 
 
Please return your jewelry via Fedex, with tracking, no later than the last day of your rental period. 
 

We love that for you- and agree that these pieces are hard not to fall in love with!

If the next reservation window is too tight for us to replace the rental in time, we will be happy to ship you a replacement of the same piece at a discounted retail rate.
 

Late returns can delay a future-renters shipment date and cause a lot of heartache. 
To avoid this, jewelry that is postmarked past the last rental period date will incur a fee of $195 for each additional day.
 
If postmarked more than 48-hours late, your original form of payment will be charged the full retail value of the piece in your possession.
