Please treat your rented jewelry with as much love as you would your own!

To preserve the integrity and quality of each piece, avoid sleeping, sweating, working out in, showering, and household cleaning with your jewelry on.

And don't worry about cleaning your pieces before sending them back. Our team sanitizes and professionally cleans each piece between rentals.

The first date selected in your rental window is the date you can expect your jewelry to arrive. Due to potential unforseen carrier delays, we recommend setting your start date a few days prior to the first date you intend to wear your pieces. 

All jewelry should be packaged back up in the original shipment box and returned to FedEx using the included pre-paid return label no later than the last day of your rental period. Late returns will result in additional fees and a potential delay in the next renters shipment, which is no fun for any of us! So please respect the rental periods :)
